Our Workflow:

• Initial consultation: A representative will speak with you - in-person, if possible - to establish a basic list of your needs for the project. This can include such things as business type & target market, details of your company, required content, accessibility needs, slogans/catch-phrases, color scheme & layout preferences, navigation method and more. Since the needs of each client & project are unique, it is critical for us to obtain as much data as possible at this stage, to ensure that the finished product will be easily marketable, user-friendly and generally pleasing to the eye. However, while we encourage the client to come to the table prepared with such data, if you are ever unsure of certain aspects, we will work with you until they are established. We have extensive experience in our industry, so we will always be prepared to offer up suggestions and ideas, for those questions you may not be fully prepared to answer.
• Initial conceptual design: Our team will then take your data and start piecing together a "floor plan". This will include concept art (logos, images and site template), select or build a suitable content management system and begin drawing up drafts of content. This is the, in many ways, the bulk of the project. You will always have access and daily updates to review our progress. You are always welcome and encouraged to ask questions, make suggestions and request changes as we progress.
• Presentation: Once we have developed a powerful solution, we will again sit down with you, to go over each and every aspect of your website or design. We will make notes of your requested changes, many of which can be applied right on the spot! Those that require deeper changes (for instance, programming modifications), will be completed promptly for your review.
• Final Revisions: Now that we have completed a brilliant design, it is time to go over the entire project, piece by piece, and clean up any lingering bugs. This may include ensuring that texts are properly aligned, images are scaled properly, content is free of grammatical errors, programming code is operating flawlessly, and other minor visual glitches that may be present.
• Production/Installation: When the project is ready for launch, we will aid you in anyways needed to get put your site or design to use. This may include installation of a website to your server/hosting provider, offering one of our hosting packages, registering a domain name, helping you choose publishers for banners, application of a logo or image design to an existing site and other client requests.
• Follow Up: We will work directly with you throughout the life-cycle of your project. Once it is completed to your satisfaction, we will follow up with you, to make certain that no new bugs have come up and everything is functioning properly. Should you need some last minute changes, we will be glad to help in any way we can!
